The Coega Development Corporations original brief called for the design of multi- user, agro processing incubator warehouses to accommodate various start-up companies and SMMEs. The size of the warehouses is to be between 300m2 and 1500m2. The warehouses were to be designed to be as generic as possible and flexible so that the size of each unit could be adapted by adding or removing space. The brief was later revised to include other industries like electronics.
