BNM as a successor to Brinkman Van Rooyen Browne & Sutton Architects has more than 90 years professional experience in the Eastern Cape.
Brinkman Van Rooyen Browne Sutton cc Architects was originally founded in 1925 by Bruce Brinkman's grandfather.
Rousseau Phipps McAll Inc. Quantity Surveyors was founded in Uitenhage in 1973 and Colin McAll joined the firm in 1980 becoming a director in 1982.
In 1999, the above two companies, along with Elliot Ndayi from Superb Properties were involved in a joint venture - This was finally formalized into Brinkman Ndayi McAll cc in 2001.
Over the course of the next 10 years BNM went through a number of changes. 2021 saw Colin McAll retiring from BNM with the Quantity Surveying business forming a stand-alone entity - Riverwoods Consulting.
BNM cc was converted to BNM Pty Ltd in 2020 - with three directors: Andrew Pritchard, Cobus Lombard and Arinda Swart. Proudly Level 3BBBEE
