Typically, an architect’s Scope of Work would run over 6 Stages. Over and above the role of Architect, quite often, the architect will also fulfill the role of Lead Consultant on behalf of the professional team for Stage 1-4 and Principal Agent for Stage 5 &6 (once construction has commenced.)
From time to time BNM has been called in to step in and take over as Principal Agent – even if we were not part of the project from inception. This is a specialist service offered and can be requested by the client for a variety of reasons.
